Hi All,

We have entered a team for this Sunday at Darlington RA. I’ll therefore run a training session for any ladies who are interested in playing on Tuesday evening from 18:00 until 19:00.

If there is interest I will run another one on Wednesday at 17:30 until 18:30 so you can get home to watch the match if you want.

The team on Sunday is 8 players but we can take a squad of 10 I think. Apparently there will be t-shirts for participants.

Just to clarify – this is cricket played using a wind all so soft rubber rather than a normal hard cricket ball.

We have an opportunity to enter a Ladies Softball festival on Sunday 15th July at Darlington RA.

Would you be interested in playing?

We need a team of 8 so thinking a squad of 10 so we can rotate. Players need to be 14 or over.
